Switzerland presents a racetrack that winds through the Swiss Alps, designed for the performance of rally cars. Serving as the home track for Team Lumiere, it hosts the third race in Season mode.
1997 Manual Description[]
A treacherous, alpine course with ear-popping elevation changes and countless switch-backs, Switzerland is not for the faint of heart. Here, you will compete in rally vehicles, as their powerful torque and precise gear ratios are critical to success on these tracks. As you ice dance through the mountains, you will bear witness to the stark contrast of quaint Gstaad against the jagged Swiss Alps, but only if you don't get caught in a blinding white-out or plummet into a frigid alpine lake.
Overview[]
Switzerland's track unfolds amidst the majestic heights of the Swiss Alps. Rally cars take center stage across the series, with snowfall gracing the terrain in four out of seven races. The track winds its way through numerous elevations and switchbacks under treacherous icy conditions. As the final level approaches, racers encounter the absence of barriers in several sections, daring them to take a plunge into the frigid lakes below.
