Moscow 3 introduces its Ring Road to high-speed Indy cars. The track is identical to Moscow 1, but it takes place in the reverse direction.
This level is available in the modes Split-Screen and Head-to-Head where it is renamed Moscow A.

Race
Moscow 3 is a three-lap race featuring the new Indy car. Indy cars are much faster than sports cars, and therefore more difficult to control. However, as this is a beginner's level, the player should have no problem advancing to Moscow 4.
In Lap 1, the player will encounter several pileups, with the earliest one occuring five seconds into the race. More massive pileups are common around Gorky Park, being created by AI Ivanov, the incompetent race leader. Running into them will heavily delay the player's progress.
