Moscow 2 is the second level of the Moscow track featuring the sports car. It takes place in a rainy setting and follows the reverse direction of Moscow 1.
In this level, there is an orange orb that teleports the player to Moscow's extra level, Moscow 7. It is positioned off-track on the right side of the newly-placed ramp, which the player must utilize to locate it. Upon reaching this area, a sharp right turn leads to the orb, situated on the left side of the building.

Race[]
In addition to the turbulent storm and higher top speeds, Moscow 2 introduces a series of new obstacles onto the track. The additions consist of barriers placed in two areas, briefly constricting the track into an S-like formation. Racers come across these barrier sections before reaching Gorky Park and in the vicinity of the military base. Another new feature is a brief detour just before the second tunnel, guiding racers through a sharp U-turn. The small ramp situated towards the end of the lap can be bypassed by driving past it on the left side.
AI Morgen is notably aggressive in this level, maintaining high speeds throughout the race. While this elevates his status a top contender, he is prone to slipups when attempting daring overtakes. AI Roberts is more consistent, capitalizing on his rivals' errors to gradually advance his position. However, Roberts' dominance is only notable in the Grand Tour Racing '98 version due to his fortunate overtaking of Lumiere in the beginning. The dispersed starting positions in Total Drivin prevents Roberts from exploiting Lumiere's slow acceleration and securing the advantageous 3rd position.
Despite the slippery conditions and introduction of new obstacles, winning the race should not take too many attempts. As long as the player maintains their lead over Morgen by the time Lap 3 approaches, they can capitalize on the frontrunners' reduced speed and take over the race.
AI Speed Table[]
Below are the AI speeds in the Grand Tour Racing '98 version; speeds may differ in Total Drivin or other versions. The table represents the AI's straight-line speeds and does not account for individualized behaviors or specific car mechanics, such as driving accuracy, turning speed, and acceleration.
